Oct. 21 2:08 PM PT3:08 PM MT4:08 PM CT5:08 PM ET10:08 PM GMT6:08 AM 北京时间-Avery will try to shake off a bruised hip and get back on the field this week against the unbeaten Colts. Analysis: The second-year wide receiver didn't practice Wednesday while restricted to off-field drills, but expects to be ready. Two days earlier, an MRI exam revealed a bruise instead of a stress fracture, providing a measure of relief for a player who toughed out a solid rookie year with a similar injury.

Oct. 12 11:06 AM PT12:06 PM MT1:06 PM CT2:06 PM ET7:06 PM GMT3:06 AM 北京时间-Avery had five catches for 87 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 38-10 loss to the Vikings. Analysis: Avery had his best game of the season after catching just seven passes for 63 yards in his previous three games. With the quarterback situation uncertain in St. Louis between Kyle Boller and Marc Bulger, it's hard to tell what kind of production Avery will have.

Aug. 25 1:38 PM PT2:38 PM MT3:38 PM CT4:38 PM ET9:38 PM GMT5:38 AM 北京时间-Avery had been expected to miss up to the first two weeks of the season with a left foot stress fracture, but was back on the practice field Tuesday. Avery was hurt during an Aug. 7 night scrimmage when a defensive back landed on his foot. Analysis: Chosen in the second round (33rd overall) of the 2008 draft, Avery burst on the scene last year after being bothered early by a hip injury. His speed forced defenses to account for him, and he had 53 catches for 674 yards and three touchdowns. His biggest catch was a 69-yard touchdown reception against New England.
